At Mamour, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods or drops, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer reliable shipping within the United States.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard International: 7–14 business days
- Express International (UPS): 3–7 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Mamour is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Mamour is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses
- Packages returned due to address errors
If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.
